| 28th. February 2025 | Closing date for the submission of books published in 2024 |
| 5th. March 2025 12.00 | Book distribution to readers. Lunchtime meeting at Kresen Kernow. Beginning of Reading Period 1 |
| 1st May 2025 | Beginning of Reading Period 2 |
| 18th. June 2025 | All reviews should be sent to the organisers as soon after completion as possible. All reviews should be with them by this date |
| 25th. June 2025 13.30 | Readers’ meeting to evaluate entries followed by the publication of nominations on website. Invitations sent to publishers, nominated authors and special guests. Meeting probably via Zoom. A link will be sent. |
| 5th. July 2025 6.00 for 6.30 | Awards Presentation Evening, By personal invitation. All submitting publishers, all readers and Gorsedh Kernow Council members and all shortlisted authors are invited. |
| 24th. September 2025 13,30 | Readers’ review meeting via Zoom. |
