| 29th. February 2024 | Closing date for the submission of books published in 2023 |
| 6th. March 2024 Time TBA | Book distribution to readers at Kresen Kernow. Beginning of Reading Period 1 |
| 1st May 2024 | Beginning of Reading Period 2 |
| 19th. June 2024 | All reviews should be sent to the organisers as soon after completion as possible. All reviews should be with them by this date |
| 26th. June 2024 1.30pm | Readers’ meeting to evaluate entries followed by the publication of nominations on website. Invitations sent to publishers, nominated authors and special guests. Meeting probably via Zoom. A link will be sent. |
| 6th. July 2024 6.00 for 6.30 | Awards Presentation Evening at Kresen Kernow in Redruth, By personal invitation. All submitting publishers and all shortlisted authors are invited. |
| 26th. September 2024 7pm | Review meeting via Zoom. |
