Wednesday 5th March – an event specifically aimed at local primary school children, many of whom are coming to dance and take part.
09.30 – 09.50 Cornish music on The Moor
09.50 -10.00 line up for Parade
10.00 Dance off The Moor along Webber St on to Prince of Wales Pier to start of Market Street where we stop dancing and start chanting as we walk along to King Charles Church
10.40-ish on arrival straight into Church where you will be directed down the 1st aisle and along the front up the 3rd aisle to collect refreshments. Please quickly move away from tables and down central aisle to find a seat and consume refreshments.
11.00ish The Story of St Piran, followed by Poetry prize giving and winners of each class reading their poem. A short session of Kernewek. Sing song
11.40 Singing of Trelawny – 1st verse in Kernewek. It would be great if the children could join in the chorus if not the verses .
11.45 Finish
(If you know of any parents coming they are welcome, but please ask them to sit in the gallery, or if that full towards the back in the side seats)
