Here are the arrangements for the Gorsedh, a copy of which was sent to bards in July.

And below is the update from the Grand Bard, sent out to all bards on Friday evening, 5th September:
Ceremony and livestream
We are delighted to confirm that the ceremony tomorrow will be held outside as the forecast is good. It will be livestreamed once again for those unable to attend and you can find the link on the website.
Car parking
If you are coming to the Gorsedh please read this carefully. Car parking for bards is in the overflow car park, where St Aubyn Estates are very kindly switching the cameras off to give us free parking. Except for those with reduced mobility who have already been in touch with Tim, if you park in any other car park, you will need to pay the appropriate charge.
To reach the overflow car park, if you are coming from the west, as you approach Folly field, the long stay car park is on your right and on your left is the sign for the overflow car park at Green Lane. It is a sharp turn, taking you slightly back on yourself. From the east of Marazion you will drive through the town and carry on in the direction of Penzance, where you will find the long-stay carpark on your left just out of town and the overflow on your right. We will try to put an additional sign there. From the overflow it is a short walk into town and to your robing room.
Robing, tea and concert
There will be a steward in each robing room who will tick you off on their list or direct you to the right room if you have gone astray! For those who have booked for tea, there will be a steward at the community Centre to tick off your name there and the same for the concert in the evening. This avoids any lost tickets!
We look forward to a successful day!
