Dydh Lowender organised by An Kylgh Kernewek with An Rosweyth

The continuing restrictions because of Covid-19 have meant the postponement of this event. Please return later for details of the rescheduled day.

A day of activities in Cornish and English in and around the Museum as part of the celebrating of 150 years of the landing of the first submarine telegraphic cable in Porthcurno Bay in 1870, completing the link between India and Great Britain.  There will be a short walk to the beach and cable hut, coffee, tea and a buffet lunch - and a chance to see the Museum’s collections.
It’s not possible to book yet but there will be an Eventbrite page for the 30 available places.  If you have some Cornish (you don't need to be fluent), come back soon for details or watch Gorsedh Kernow's Facebook page – and write the date in your diary.  Cost:  £7.50. info@learncornishdreckly.org.uk
