| November 1st. 2022 | First date for the submission of books published in 2022 |
| 28th. February 2023 | Closing date for the submission of books published in 2022 |
| 8th. March 2023 1.00 pm | Book distribution to readers at Kresen Kernow. Beginning of Reading Period 1 |
| 3rd. May 2023 | Beginning of Reading Period 2 |
| 21st. June 2023 | All reviews should be sent to the organisers as soon after completion as possible. All reviews should be with them by this date |
| 28th. June 2023 1.30pm | Readers’ meeting to evaluate entries followed by the publication of nominations on website. Invitations sent to publishers and nominated writers. Meeting probably via Zoom. A link will be sent. |
| 15th. July 2023 6.00 for 6.30 | Awards Presentation Evening at Kresen Kernow in Redruth, By personal invitation. All submitting publishers and all shortlisted authors are invited. |
| 21st. September 2023 7pm | Review meeting via Zoom. Date changed on 17th. July 2023 |
