This year's Open Gorseth will take place on Saturday September 6th at Launceston Castle. Public attendance is FREE and welcomed, and it is hoped that visitors will regard the ceremony as a mark of the unique difference between Cornwall and the shire counties of England. The ceremony will be conducted by the Grand Bard, Mr John Edgar Bolitho, Jowan an Cleth, assisted by the Gorseth Officers. This year's ceremony will include the Installation of the new Grand Bard and Deputy Grand Bard. Follow the links below for further information. |
